7. Right of Withdrawal

VeronicaBeard cannot be held responsible for inconveniences or damages inherent in the use of the Internet (service interruption, external intrusion, presence of computer viruses, etc.).

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These TOS are governed by the laws of New York . In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing this, the competent courts of New York, USA will have jurisdiction.
